Contact Support.
The fastest way to reach Waspen support is email. Include your operating system, Waspen version, whether you installed from a beta build or app store package, and a short description of the issue.
Support is currently best-effort during early access and beta. Store customers, direct-download users, and beta testers can use the same support channel. Enterprise customers and pilots can arrange priority response terms as part of their deployment agreement.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, private URLs, license files, or other secrets. Screenshots and diagnostics can contain sensitive details, so review anything you attach before sending it.
Before You Send a Report
A little context makes support much faster.
1. Platform
Tell us macOS or Windows, the OS version, and whether Waspen came from beta, direct download, or a store package.
2. Version
Include the Waspen version shown in the app, plus the approximate time the issue happened.
3. Logs
If the app opens, use its backup or diagnostics export. Only share files you are comfortable sending.
4. Steps
List what you clicked or changed before the issue appeared. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual.
